SANITIZATION SOLUTION

Hydrogen Peroxide is active against a wide range of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeasts, fungi, viruses & spores.Hydrogen peroxide is considered an environmentally safe alternative to chlorine- based bleaches as it breaks down into oxygen and water and is kind to the environment.

Hydrogen peroxide reacts very fast. It will than disintegrate into hydrogen & Water, without the formation of byproducts. This is increases the amount of oxygen in water and it is safe.

Technical Specification

  • Size : 8’x4’x8’.
  • Body/ Structure is made of 30mm thick PUF insulated panels with pre-coated Galvanized skin both sides.
  • Environmentally safe blowing agent “Ecomate” is used in manufacturing PUF panels.
  • Floor is 50mm thick PUF insulated panels with pre-coated Galvanized skin one side & 30mm Memory foam on top side for shoe sole sanitization.
  • Hand Sanitizing pump assembly before entering the sanitization chamber.
  • Sensor operated sprayer & mist fogging system for the spray of disinfectant liquid having 300 PSI pump.
  • Power Requirement – Single Phase
  • Hard Plastic Tank for disinfectant solution.
  • The Spray of disinfectant liquid is for 5 Seconds.
  • Sanitization Capacity – 10-11 person/minute.
  • The Disinfectant liquid of 85 Ltrs sufficient for approximately 1400 persons.
  • It can work for 140 minutes uninterrupted before gap for refilling, which should not be of more than 5 minutes.
  • Disinfectant cost per person is approximately Rs. 1.5
